Note: Ticketing platforms such as Ticketbooth have their own refund policies. However, we have established the following refund policy for our events:

1. General Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

  • Tickets may be transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us for transfer requests.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within [X] days of the announcement.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

  • If an event is significantly modified (e.g., major lineup changes), we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.

4. No-Show & Late Arrivals

  • If a ticket holder does not attend the event, no refund will be issued.

  • Late arrivals may be subject to venue entry policies.
